因城市而起
藝起文化基金會理念從「城市需求」而起，由一群熱愛藝術而群聚一起的劇場人開始。
2014 年這群人，想在高雄能提供青年自由創作的平台，他們知道，在南部，為爭取一個創作發表的機會是很不容易的，特別是在空間與經濟上。
於是，他們決定打造一個充滿能量的微型藝術節，提供年輕藝術家們一個親民的創作展演平台，匯聚更多南部年輕創作能量，讓在地藝術「不貧窮」，策劃出「不貧窮藝術節」，期待在沙漠中開出花。
而這樣的灌溉，也接續了城市需求所引出的藝術軟革命概念，於是，他們開始讓藝術在南區教育裡下向紮根，進而出現了「藝術深蹲計畫」。
Born For The City
We ART Together Foundation was founded in 2014 in Kaohsiung City.
The core of our organization is focusing on providing platforms for young artists, therefore, we curate a micro-arts festival which is “Let’s Be Together Art Festival” for the city, and for the artists as well, to interact, to share their work and communicate with public, also, to make the audiences feel that arts happen in their daily life so closely.
Apart from the festival, we are keen on art education for younger generation, especially providing children in the countryside to have the chance to learn and experience arts.
We Are The First
藝起文化基金會是第一個從高雄出發致力於青年創作藝術節平台的基金會，在高雄逐漸開始站穩腳步後，開始與不同城市接軌，以「城市藝術串聯」為概念，並入選松菸創作者工廠，並與香港、北京、恆春以及澳洲阿德雷德、伯斯藝穗節、日本福岡糸島國際藝術節等多城市進行藝術平台串聯，不僅為各城市青年創作交流並開拓世界版圖，也將更多精彩帶進台灣的城市。
We Are The First
We ART Together Foundation is the first foundation dedicated to the arts festival for young artists in Kaohsiung City, and after years of development, we make connections with different cities and festivals all over the world and Taiwan, such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Hengchun, Adelaide Fringe, Perth Fringe, Itoshima International Art Festival.
世界+︱不貧窮藝術節 ︱
不僅第一也是唯一
「不貧窮藝術節」獲得2018澳洲阿德雷德藝穗節「Fringe Award」獎項，藉由這個機會，不貧窮藝術節中的好節目將納入國際藝術節串聯連結當中。
「不貧窮藝術節」於2019年被認證為產業會員進入愛丁堡藝穗節做亞洲藝術節發表，時至2020年更成為伯斯藝穗節當中30多位產業會員當中的唯一亞洲團隊，在各地策展團隊串聯下，世界正開始透過民間力量以藝術節為名片相互認識，也因此，「不貧窮藝術節」也正以穩健踏實的藝術力量閃耀國際。
First and Only
As a civil organization and festival, “Let’s Be Together Art Festival” proactive to reach the world and participate in several arts festivals, we won the Fringe Award of Adelaide Fringe in 2018, and we were invited to make presentation as an industry member in Edinburgh Fringe in the next year, and also the only Asian group as the industry member of the Perth Fringe in 2020.
創意＋｜藝術深蹲︱
持續走入的偏鄉計畫
除了藝術節發展，基金會也相當關注偏遠地區的藝術教育計畫。
自發深入那瑪夏，進行“春梅計畫”，讓偏遠的地方故事可以以劇場方式走入更多人的心中，也以文化創作作為發生的方式，陸續開啟讀劇與文創商品的試開發，得到很好的迴響。
於恆春進行“藝術深蹲計畫”，結合當地藝術與現代舞、偶戲與戲劇，與孩子分享為在地藝術注入新的創作可能，共同以恆春土地豐富的風俗人情作為對未來說故事的可能。
未來，我們還計畫走入更多偏遠地區，將藝術種子傳播散落在各地角落，持續期待因這些藝術計畫，而生命有了不一樣新的花火。
Remote Villages Project
One other thing we focus on is the arts education project for the remote villages and we will keep reaching as more countryside as possible, and digging the possibilities of the education plan.
The first place we went was Namasia District and hold the “Spring Plum Project”, which was to combine drama, creation and their local products together. And the “Arts Nurture Project” in Hengchun was aim to share drama, contemporary dance and puppet theater with kids over there, and to find the potential of discovering and telling the local stories in different perspectives.
以藝術創建社會影響力 ｜國際型創作/藝術教育/討論平台
基金會長期對高雄各年齡領域的藝術工作者提供各類藝術教育論壇以及工作坊。
在青少年方面，基金會連續多年成為衛武營青少年戲劇營策劃與承辦單位，提供15-18歲的青少年戲劇表演相關科系學員最好的師資，紮實其表演基礎、舞台設計、燈光技術、音樂設計技術，並最後擁有一共同發表機會，而逐步踏實走穩表演藝術的每一步。
針對藝術相關工作者我們曾舉辦過城市藝術節論壇、藝術設計溝通、表演、劇本工作坊、藝術法律與行政、企劃宣傳等工作坊，為的是給現有的藝術工作者一個共學機會。
更發起「來春派對」，邀請高雄的藝文工作者齊聚一堂，成為一個對話聚會的沙龍，作為藝文團隊之間的黏著劑。
我們不斷以藝術創造出社會影響力，搭起城市之間的橋樑，讓社會因多面向的藝術連結而豐沛美麗。
We ART Together Foundation hosts many forums and workshops for public, we expect ourselves to be the bridge to connect arts and the society.
We assisted National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) on the “WEIWUYING TEENS IN THEATER” project, offered teenagers a chance to learn professional skills of theater.
Besides, we host various forums and talks for artists and artistic workers with different subjects, such as acting, playwriting, administration, marketing and regulations.
And we also host “Spring Coming Party” for the local artists and ensembles to gather around, to communicate with each other and sharing thoughts and ideas.
持續打破疆界
除了策展與教育外，我們仍持續創作。
2019年於衛武營藝術文化中心創作沈浸式戶外演出《迷走旅行團》，透過科技串連，讓劇場有更多可能。2020年同樣與衛武營週年慶合作《武營歐普拉》，結合素人演出的小品歌劇作品。並於當年正式透過徵選北上進駐台北松菸創作者工廠，期望透過與更多團隊的跨域合作，能有多元城市交流，在劇場有更多元的創作可能。
Apart from curating festival and education project, we create programs regularly.
2019, in the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) “Kaohsiung Local Hi” series, we created an outdoor immersive performance “City Upside Down”, in the program, we developed a new online system to help us to accomplish the performance. And the next year, we worked with National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) again for the anniversary event “Let's Opera”, it was a performance for public to sing opera. In the same year we were selected as one of the partner og Taipei Songyan Creative Hub.
